Today went out in some high winds. After one run got myself into an OBE and in the process broke my safety leash but more importantly one of the break
line length adjustment cleats on my PKD handles split in two. I really like these handles because they are quite long and comfortable. Any ideas as to
what I can replace the cleats with. Worse case i can completly remove the cleats, what would be the best way to attach the break lines to the handles
without the cleats.
Also due to the broken safety, the kite took a dunk in salty water. Do you wash it after or just let it dry before putting away.

I've soaked some of mine in salt water and just let them dry out, same as for fresh water.

West marine has Ronstan clam cleats, you might be able to find something there.

Thank you guys.
Jeff, the kite mentioned above was the 3.3m Buster that you sent me last, which proved a little too much for me in winds gusting to 25mph.
Maybe when you get a chance with the AQR, can you also throw me a couple of cleats in the package. Sent you an email.
Thx
