Skates for Kiting - SOLD -

Windstruck - 7-4-2018 at 09:43 AM

True to my word with my bride after my freak gasoline fight accident several years ago, I am selling my remaining kite skating gear. Kite skating is an absolute blast, but it just has to be one of those things I don't do anymore to keep the peace at home.

So here goes...:

Seba FR Pro Custom boots (EU48) with Intuition Heat Moldable Liners (new $400)

...mated with:

Powerslide Metropolis SUV aluminum frames with 165x25mm tires (new $300)

$700 value new... wait for it... will sell for $FREE plus shipping.

Buyer backed out so these skates are once again on the market. Get 'em while they're hot!

Price reduced a further 50% to $100. You know you want some chicken!

Windstruck - 28-5-2019 at 02:19 PM

Price reduced all the way down to the amazingly low price of $FREE (plus shipping and handling). If you act now I'll further throw in handling for free to and charge only for shipping. That's $700 worth of very high quality skating equipment for nothin'. Nada. Zip. :D

You know you want some chicken!

Mr Steve,

After you're done giving away the skates, which I'm really glad won't fit me, could you say a little something about this "gasoline fight"?
Been done heard it mentioned right often, but no story?
Tried searching the forum but no luck.

So gramps, will you tell us the story again about what you did in the great gasoline war?

This was the inspiration for his use of "gasoline fight." Not quite sure how he relates it to this movie, but that's for him to explain.

Randy is correct, that's the reference. What I'm (somewhat repeatedly) referring to is described here:

"Freak gasoline fight accident" comes from Zoolander's explanation of the gas station incident and the resultant funeral:

O So.....I didn't know you went all Icarus Steve.
I liked the nurses report, and put together with the video I get it.
Male models would not be described as "athletic", just "really beautiful all the time".

One of the best ways to (keep) learning is to wear a ridiculous amount of "plastic courage" as my friend John (Cerebite) would say.
