A freind is trying to sell this kite but I know nothing about it. Anyone ever own / fly one of these.
I will be bringing it to SOBB to test fly it.
Basically new been out of the bag 2 times.

I've never flown one, but I read some reviews that compare them to the guerilla, which I have flown quite a bit. From what I have read, the 15m turns
about as fast as my 13m guerilla, which is pretty slow be today's standards. It drifts well and hangs back in the window, which is the making of a
good wave kite. The lift is also less than the guerilla, making it a good "beginner kite". A similar label was given to the vortex since they share
similar characteristics, though the vortex is much newer.
Now is it still a good kite? That depends on what you want. It is going to be pretty slow, have less upwind, less lift, higher bar pressure and be out
done by any Arc newer than it in performance. That said, it is probably the most stable Arc and will be a very nice park and ride kite in the buggy if
you just want to cruise. My advice is to try before you buy. I hate all my Guerilla's on a board but in a buggy the 13m is my favorite kite so far. It
depends on what you want out of a kite that will determine if it is for you.

I turned away from arcs for a while the year the Bomba came out but can help you get familiar with it at SOBB Brian.
Please tell you froend that He will not get a lot for a Bomba and old bar even if they are in great shape. Sad but true.

We learned to kite surf with an ancient 13m Bomba. My sons's memorable comment was "ooooh ....floaty!" As he pulled the bar and was elevated skyward
and gently floated down to the aqua marine blue bay and coral white sands.

We got it flying and had fun with it. Now looking for something smaller like 10M so I can use them for snowkiting.
