Peter Lynn buggy parts

BEC - 25-9-2018 at 02:12 PM

I carted the stuff to the last event and never even took it out of my car so........I would like to sell my big foot lights, kinked downtube, custom foot pegs and wide fork. I need to get my flexi wheels off of them. They will come with the new set of Peter Lynn wheels that originally came with. I have spacers too if needed. (I used all this equipment for one day at Wildwood).
I don't want to ship this. I would like to just deliver them to Wildwood in a couple weeks.

300.00 for everything.

I also will have a Flexifoil blurr 5.0 and a huge Bullet 7.0 as well.

See you all soon....WAHOO:D

I'm still not 100% pleased with my foot peg setup, so in the off chance you end up with them after this event please reach out to me. Thanks in advance and have a great time!

I took the round foot peg end the off....purchased some bar ends for a mountain bike that curved way in (so you are not stabbed in OBE or have the peg dig right in). I then took a pipe cutter and cut off about 4" off the end.The part that attached to the handlebar allowed me to tighten that part right on the peg O.D. with the allen bolt. I will take a pic for you....u2u me your phone number so I can send it to you right from my phone.

Sounds at least loosely similar to what I tried. Here's a picture of what I did. I love the way it looks and it functions pretty well. In a perfect world the strap would hang about two inches farther back. The strap when hanging loose requires that my foot be pretty vertical to hook the heel of my shoe. I may try slightly longer bar ends. The flared design is something I'm pleased with. I'll likely keep tinkering.

Pretty close except I only have one on the end and the curve back towards fork is much greater....however I run the death nylon strap over the top of my foot that is connected to my fork. I need something to feet my the pegs when I ride....especially through sheep and horse pasture....they may look like a 1000 acre soccer field but let me tell you what it is like around 25mph...

I can completely imagine. I've gone "off road" with my buggy before and even with spongy BF tires if wondered if I was going to rattle my fillings out of my teeth. I actually just ordered so new bar ends that are a little longer. Like the little ones shown in my photo above they flare out a little bit. With these new ones I hope to sling the straps under my heels a bit farther back from the foot pegs. Fingers, toes, and yes, eyes crossed that this will work!

This will all fit on a flexifoil buggy too......Buy a wide axle and you have a whole new set up......I was wondering if someone could let people know of this deal on the FaceBook page.....I will bring all of this again to WildWood in less than one week.
