Note that the stats are almost the same. From what I have gathered it has gone through a major redesign. The 3 is faster with a bit more lift. Has had
small problems that the 2 had ironed out, and is now supposed to be much better than the USA distributor of Peter Lynn Kites and Buggies.
Peter Lynn Pepper. There are a couple of reviews out there and I have been considering a 3 for myself...the prices right now are pretty good

The Beamer III is a very nice kite and as Belegnole has said, gone through a complete re-design. Tons of improvements over the I and II with lots
more power and better build quality.
