hi every one, could you tell me can i still fly at power kite parks with out my insurence card because last time went to one the owners ask for it so
i showed it, but now i'v lost my wallet with it in i am i still ok to fly at power kite parks if i tell them that or is a wasted trip as the nearest
one to me is 15 miles away. Can you help me thanks.

I can't really speak from experience with British law, but here in the U.S., you can get away with having a paper with your policy number on it, or a
copy of your last insurance bill. Just a thought...

I have BBC insurance, which is about to expire since i'm stateside now. In england, in most public places insurance is a matter of being a responsible
person.
As far as showing people your insurance just find out your insurance number from Bbc and tell them that. If it's a kite part i'm sure they'll be cool
with just that, proves your not a complete numbskull!
I hear BBC have now changed there name (probably a good idea on account of a little know company called the british broadcasting cooperation) anyway,

it says on the BPKA (was the BBC) that if you dont have the card you should show a 'confirmation of insurance' document and no other document should
be accepted
so i suppose it depends if your with BPKA or what your insurer says but i guess it would be the same really
dunno if that helps at all though
