Hi, I just registered here and I'm looking to get into kiteboarding. The problem is I can only afford to get the kite at this point. Has anyone
tried making a board? Could I get away with it to start with, or do you think it's not worth the trouble?

Hi, just made one myself, haven't tried it yet but will do this weekend, weather and time permitting. Home made boards seem pretty poular, try the
