Complete Kite Buggy Outfit in Austin, TX For Sale

Sirby - 4-5-2021 at 09:06 AM

I am helping my brother Joe Irby find a home for his complete Buggy outfit. I live in Washington State, Joe's gear is all in Austin, Texas. We are not currently able to pack and ship, so pickup in Austin would be best. Our brother Tom lives in Corpus Christi, TX and may be able to transport the kit to Corpus for you to pick up if that works better for you.

What is included:

libre Stainless Buggy
Big Foot Setup with fat tires
big Foot Extra Wide seat- probably standard seat is there too
Extra wheels and tires - Stainless standard barrow tires/wheels
Kites including lines and winders include Quadrifoil XS and XL
Standard harness
A NASA Wing kite is also there

The above is all I know about the gear. There could be more. We'll sell it all for a reasonable offer. I was a buggy nut for over ten years , Tom and I are into blokart racing and are helping Joe sell his gear as he cannot sail anymore. I'd say the buggy alone is worth $600 or more but all must go.

You can contact me at steve at steveirby dot comm or Two oh six nine thirty eighty three fifty.

Thanks for looking,
Steve Irby
SW Washington

Here is our dad in the buggy new in 2004 before the Big Foot mods. I will try to get pictures of the gear, but that could take a while.

If the kit gets parted out I could make a home for a Quadrifoil XS, just to work toward a complete set.

Oops! Maybe that was an old picture of a previous buggy. I'll talk to Joe and see whats what with that. I had the same thought.

I checked with Joe and he says it is indeed a stainless steel buggy from Libre. It is also painted black.
