Anything will fly, never heard of that exact brand though, Personally my advice is to always go with something tested and proven, Busters, Beamers,
Radsails, and Peppers are usually pretty safe bets, see what your local shop has or track down one of the shops on here.

If it is newtech, i would personally not fly it. I have a 3.5 ballistic and i have nothing but complaints with it. Of course i don't know about the
4-line thunder foils. I have flown the 2 line ones and they are ok.
Oh and i had the same problem with the ballistic line sets. They were completely out of whack.
