Talk about hot, try kiting in Las Vegas in the middle of summer. There have been a few days that winds are decent but temps were way too high.

I'm thinking about buying a camelback for the times I wanna get out there and stay out there for a while.

We'll be flying tommorow night on a full moon to avoid the 100+ temps. Prime, you gonna be there? Would love to meet ya.

When we were at the NABX pre-event I rode with my camelback, then got harrassed by Susan for obviously pissing my pants. "Honest, it WAS my leaking camelback!" Just be careful when you sit down to flip it over the backrest and don't sit on the bite valve. I did have a cool lap for awhile.

Well I hope you learned your lesson about pissing in your pants. I am sure it was the bite valve.

Susan (still lol)

I always take one of those foil-lined cooler bags full of 16 oz. cold water bottles - about 8-10 - more if I think I will need to share.

The few that might be left when done flying act as weights or third hand when folding the kite in the wind

Even built a beverage holder for the buggy.
