hi im new to the forum, and i have just procured my first kite(a beamer II 3.6) and i was wondering if any one has used one for jumping or just your
experience with it

Wicked first kite, should keep you busy for a while, Any kite will bring you up in enough winds, just be careful not to jump too high with it.
Anything under the 5m mark has the ability to drop you pretty quickly if you happen to get a lull at the wrong time. As with jumping on any kite,
invest in a helmet, knee and elbow pads as a minimum.

That was also my first power kite. I still jump with that kite. awesome kite. i have about a year's experience with it. Great kite for beginning
flyers as well as jumpers. The highest ive gotten is about 8.5ft from my stomach (I was doing a superman). Also good for buggying.
