Wanted to try an NPW to power my buggy in a smallish nearby area. Is it true that they're not made anymore, or is that just a specific model?
And which would be a good size to begin with (realize it'll be different than flying other 4line kites, brake input, etc) for a 220lb fella, using it
for buggy traction in lumpy winds, average 8-10mph? (Not looking to tear across the field at mach 6 or anything 
)
Any info or links much appreciated. Thank you.

I talked to the owner Don on the phone he's a super cool guy. I recommend him 100%. this is the biggest they are making any more he said.

Dude if you have a sewing machine and can use it and tie knots you can make a 5.5 meter NPW for about $30, cheaper if you get scrap spinnaker fabric.
I would look at a 10 meter. I have a 5.5 and weigh 9 stone so a 10 meter would be good for you plus it is a beast of a kite and looks wicked cool in
the air. I love mine but i want to snowkite and jump so a foil is the way to go. But for a buggy they are great, go with the npw9b.

I wish I knew how to sew I would make one, but I don't. I didn't plan to buy the kite, but it worked out as a better deal. I was just going to buy
some handles and a lineset. As it turned out it was the same money to buy this kite and it came with lines and handles. The handles were not the same
as I was buying, but the line was. Plus I got a free t-shirt and dvd.
