I've made a harness strop!

Does anyone else hang from the roof in there harness or is it just me been a Tw** :tumble:
Anyway made my own strop today, so here are two pictures of it, made from Spectra so its nice and strong i've also keeped the out cover as you can see from the pic
It holds my 12 stone fine!

That's pretty nice lee_m, I'm always looking for things to do with my old expired climbing ropes. Now that I started riding a depower kite with my landboard and hooking in it would be fun to hang around the house in something like that. How did you connect at the top? A big eye-bolt?

Hi dave!
In the garage there are loads of wooden beams to i just drilled a 15mm hole though one of them!
I think its a good idea for me as i have not used my harness yet, so i was getting the feel for it!
