Same here - about 5 days when I ordered the 5m Ace.

It took 3 business days to get my Legend in Texas.
Just watch the website on those 12.5m Blazes because they've been out of stock for the last couple months. According to customer service, they are
choosing to focus on Ace production. I just looked and there is still an arrival notice on it.

NPW- I had the same issue cause I have a mac at home. Luckily I can run IE at work
Lots of people have had good experiences ordering from Pansh. I must admit I was skeptical myself, but everything went fine, and despite them being
in China, they are very good at communicating by email.
Siler- mine came in a plastic DHL express envelope.

Mine took 5 days, including one weekend, into Houston, via TMT Express. NO problems at all-great communications, service etc etc. DaVinch, what you
think of the Ace? Thinkin about getting a 6m.....that should be big enough so the wifey doesn't grab it and fly..........

I really liked the 5m Ace! I brought it with me on vacation to the beach and I didn't have to worry about it getting lost with my luggage ($99 at
the time)
I never tried the lines or handles that came with it. I used a set of Flexis.

I ended up making a double order because I thought the 1st didn't register. ( my fault ) They could have stuck me with it but worked with me to get it
right. Honorable folks .
The ultra fast delivery + being able to avoid paying Customs ( Canada ) seemed too good to be true . It came as promised !
I also haven't recieved any emails as a result of joining their site !
It was the kite that I finally chose to pack when I found I only had space to travel with 1 kite as well . It was a good size + I wouldn't cry if it
got lost / stolen or damaged.

Ordered my Blaze 12.5 today...
Talked to them and they had a few laying around, so I got them to get me one..
Now the wait...
Thanks To all Ya for the Help

You'll have fun with the 12.5m - I love mine... it;s great for crusing in low winds when anything else wouldn't even get you moving
On delivery - mine took about a week I think. There was something crazy with TNT shipping. At one point it arrived in LA then it went back to Hong
Kong, and then came back to the US again. My kite ended up making 3 flights between China and US before I got it, but it still arrived in a week. Not
bad if you ask me.
