Does anyone know where I can get replacements-and how can I find the size?

If it were me I would pop the bearings out and take them to a shop that sells bearings and they should be able to help.

a machine shop could throw the bearing in a micrometer and tell you the dimension then shop on line or
more than likely if its running a std. size axle like 3/4 in size look at wheel barrow bearings BUT you'll want a seal bearing
another sorce if you in the back 40s of the state and don't have "machine shops" AG{agriculture} shops that service John deers or Cats might be able
to help you

And the winner is Angus! Cloud 9 was helpful in giving size info and I got 2 with shipping on Ebay for $5. Double sealed too!

Just curious will these bearings fit a wheelbarrow tire?

No. The ones from Cloud 9 are drilled out in the center spacer to fit the axle of a Kite Trike. Cloud 9 and myself found this out the hard way when I
ordered 2 different sets of what I thought was the correct size on ebay and a local motorcycle shop only to find they did not fit. No one could find
the measurements I was looking for. Cloud 9 investigated the size for me and found they were a custom fit and sent me a set. Lesson learned.
