newwheels

Finally made some Doomwheels. I am getting tired of getting kicked out of empty parking lots using rollerblades and 2 meter foil (liability reasons I was told).I know everthing depends on the wind but do you think a 10 meter kite would generally be too much for these wheels.

I guess it depends on what kind of 10 meter kite you're talking about... tube (surf kite) or quadline foil. If it's a foil, 10 meter is too large for anything but a 5 mph breeze. Tube kites have less pull and 10m would be a good size (although quad foils are typically better for skating - more controllability and less straight overhead lift).

Great job on your kite skates. Welcome to the wild side!

Im seriously thinking of making my own ones now!

Use the plastic wheels. They will last longer and won't rust.
