Been there done that, wind picked up flying my 17m Bomba, and I fully depowered it, and it was still dragging me downwind, so my friend grabbed my
harness to hold me down so I could even start to land it, and we got a nasty gust, up to about 30mph and it lofted both of us about 10 feet up and 20
feet downwind, safety got pulled at that point.
