High Wind (Night-Time) Parking Lot Flying, has been a ball...
You should try to stop a kite from spinning, or just keeping it over head or a good 45° angle flying it on just its bridle lines hooked up str8 to
handles, "You get an IDEA just how far off bridle lines dont have to be out of alinement before the kite reacts or acts weird" & makes for great
practice doing teeny movements with BIG reactions...
Try it with any 3mē or bigger kite in Higher winds... makes for a "Blast" in a parking lot...

I'm thinkin 19 meter silver arrow, AHHHH the hell with it PARAGLIDER! WEEEEEEEEE!
You should look at a set of lights for your kite. Went to radio shack and made a set of clip on LED's for night flying, works a charm. Why packin
boxes?

Night flights are really cool And I do have some kite lights But I would never fly static on asphalt!

I started out riding ashphalt and my 3m kite with regular rollerblades. It is a BLAST and FAST !!! Not near as unsafe as you would think if you are
padded . My Parking lot got eaten up by condos. There was enough city light there to ride at night , no problem !
