Hi to all PKF members and Merry Christmas!
Next week I'm planning to visit my friend in Bay Area and I'm planning to bring my Libre V-max and some kites ,I know it's very bulky and weighs more
or less 30 kilos and my question is,is there any member here that happens to bring a buggy overseas.
Elkiter suggested to me that just sell it and get a used one there in US but I think it's hard for me to sell my buggy because kitebuggying here is
not a very popular sports ( limited space)
Any comments,tips and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

A customer of mine went to a music store and bought an trunk or crate designed to transport large amplifiers. They come in a variety of large sizes,
are durable and designed for shipping.

I'd say ship it or if the time and expense is going to be a bother and the length of time .....borrow one

Hi Sav,
If it becomes a too much of a headache, just leave the buggy behind
and bring only your kites.
I've got 2 buggies. You're more welcome to use either one of them.
We can also try to hit the snow. It's just a few hours drive.

I flew on British Airways from London to San Francisco with my buggy packed into a large bag. They checked it in as sports equipment and it didn't
cost any extra and didn't even contribute to my baggage allowance. Had to pick it up at the other side separately where the 'unusual' luggage gets
unloaded - golf clubs, kids push chairs etc
That was some years back so not sure if its changed, but give the company a call and ask them.
