Finding a water kite for under 300 is going to be tough unless you search e-bay for something used and a couple years old. Use caution because older
water kites are usually pretty thrashed and could have the sail's stretched or leaky bladders.
What is more important is the size of kite you are looking for. This will all depend on your weight, board size, wind you would like to use the kite
in and skill level. As you are saying you are an intermediate rider you should already know this info as well as what type of kite you would like to
buy.

I'm not sure that is 100% accurate. There are plenty of 5 line C kites available used at that price Often in very good shape. Old Boxers are good and
a dime a dozen. 5 line is a safe and efficient way to go ! Lots of folk use blimps on land. If you are at the intermediate stage it's one of the only
ways to go on that budget.

There are still some used Peter Lynn Gorillla II's around that might go for that price, with bar and lines, but you should know what you are doing
with a kite like that which is sized to pluck you out of the water.
