Helmet Speakers

SecondWind - 17-1-2008 at 08:35 PM

I just installed a set of these in my new helmet for listening to my ipod while kite skiing.

They are pretty sweet for only $17!

Here's the link: Helmet Speakers

They are really easy to install and they come with Velcro to attach them inside your helmet.

Huh......I need to stop finding kite related things to blow money on. :D
Or if you want let others enjoy your music! With the added fun of Mickey Mouse! :P

Who makes those? They look to be quite universal. I have the basic Tune-Ups installed in my Giro and they rock though they are Giro-specific. Even better - I have been using my Ericsson Walkman phone for the tunes but found an iPod shuffle in my Xmas stocking and it PUMPS the music compared to the cell phone. Major volume increase AND I clip it right to the strap on the helmet - all self contained.

Macboy,

The say "BIGNIC" on the headphones. They are not super high quality, but they sound almost as good as the Tune-Ups in my Giro.

Here's another place to get them:
