After a big gust of wind put my wife on her ass, I chased my kite down the beach to find that somehow all the srtings were tangled. I just untangled
the whole thing and learnt the knots by trail and error. But now I have a kite not connected to the control strings.
This kite has two control strings coming off a bar. Both end in a loop of string. On the kite there are two strings (left and right) which end in a
knot. Now I know the loop connected to the knot on each side some, as I undid them. I just can't figure out how to connect them back. I'didn't undo
any knots to disconect them. It reminded me of when you attach an address tag to your suitcase/ I just can;t figure it out.
any help?
thanks.

It's the larks head knot. It's deceptivley simple, but I remember my first time on the beach scratching my head trying to figure it out. Look

haha...thank you so much! You're right "deceptivley simple"
The "figure of eight" knot is the one I learnt through trail and error. :D
