I'm looking to improve the safety of my 5m Flysurfer Maniac.
It's currently a three line system with a safety leash attached to the break lines.
Here are some problems I would like to fix:
1) To launch the kite in depower mode, you have to be hooked in to the chicken loop. I would like to be able to launch the kite unhooked in depower
mode.
2) The safety system does not depower as much as I would like. I want to install an FDS to fully depower the kite. Would I have to convert to a four
line setup first before adding FDS.
Lastly, I would like to make it so the FDS is activated when you let go of the bar, no unhooking/safety release necesary. Would it be possible to do
this while keeping the bar low pressure? (currently it is pressurless).
Is this system possible? , how hard might it be to make. I'd also like to keep it simple(less chance malfunction).
If it makes thing easier I may also be willing to switch to a handles setup would I be able to get the full depower range with handles?

I have been wondering about Flysurfers on handles as well ??? In my case it would be the Speed. Or possibly the Pulse. According to the manuals both
are capable.
