Hey everyone out there I just joined a few minutes ago. I bought an Ozone frenzy 14m. about 1.5 months ago. It's a bit on the big side but it is such a blast to fly. Anyone from Oklahoma city out there. Im just looking for some experianced people to kinda show me the ropes of this great sport.

Hi,
I'm in OKC also! I'm just getting into the buggy thing at Lake Hefner. I built a buggy and ready to go. I have met 2 other helpful buggers out there. Hoping for good wind in the next few days. Right now I only have a 2.5 M kite so I'm limited to the right winds.

well im not into the buggying thing yet i am thinking about trying it though. I may come out there one day but i probably wont use my 14 meter so far the only thing i have done is just flown the beast i got it in tthe air for the second time yestaerday problem is it is so big i cant use it in really high winds like anything over 8 miles an hour.

To appreciate the full benefit of a de-power rig, you really need to put it in motion. The de-power works best at the edge of the window in apparent wind and you just don't get that much flying static.

Glad to see you using good sense there.... that is a lot of kite to start with. Generally the larger the kite, the smaller the usable wind range, and vice versa
