Trampas are sweet. I'm def getting one of them when i get my new atb someday.
BTW Dom, I'm really mad at you! I had a dream i had this board after reading your post! I wish i had it right now!domdino - 15-5-2008 at 06:25 AM
hehee, yeah i used to have a trampa, in fact i still have a couple of trampa decks left over if anyone wants one? Think i have a 14ply and a 12ply or
13ply... they's what i used to ride back in england
these are definitely built nicer but are along the same lines... I would of really liked a design extreme board but he stopped making them! Tut! Will
let you guys know how it goes!leebrianh - 15-5-2008 at 06:48 AM
Dom, I am interested in 14ply.
I am looking at their website and they have different types of boards such as 35 or 15 degree, channel deck and kite deck, long and short board....
Which one do you have?
I have Scrub Regolith channel truck (with springs and egg shocks). Do you think I can use it with my board? Thanks.Kitedude - 15-5-2008 at 07:00 AM
Leebrianh i think you might be able just let Ted in trampa know what you got and he can drill it for you (thats if your buying from him)
Yeah design extreme boards are really sweet i got to try butchs a few times he told me the guy is taking a break but will be back making them soon
again:tumble:domdino - 15-5-2008 at 07:54 AM
They're made of half carbon so they're kind of a #@%$#! to drill / cut! But is very dooable if you've got the right gear... the silver one currently
has holes for non skate trucks, and my older 13ply (1st trampa design, rounded edges) has skate truck holes... neither have bindings...
Both boards are 35 degree i THINK and i'm pretty sure both are short... will take some photos later, will give them to whoever wants to pay to have
them posted to themselves + packaging
