Hey Jason,

I'm new to it too...been flying my HQ TSR 3.6 for a couple of months. I'm in Chesapeake and there's a guy in Franklin and there's another on the peninsula. Maybe one of these days we can all get together and do some flying.

Would love that Clint. Id really like to try it out before I make a big investment ya know? Im pretty sure Ill be making an investment anyway but its alot easier to convince the woman when you have friends to share the fun with

Hey, wanted to say Hi. I live out in Red mill. Kinda inbetween the ocean front and sandbridge. I have a ozone 6 meter land kite. I wouldn't mind a little tutoring so I can improve as I know absolutely nothing about this sport but am starting to be able to fly the kite.

silvereaglekiter - 4-6-2008 at 12:19 PM

sweeeeeeet :tumble: welcome snow- now if we can jest get every one inthe same place at the same time:singing::singing::singing:

haha thats the challange.

Well on the bright side I will be buying a kite next weekend. For budget reasons Im going to go with a Pansh. Just havent decided which model. Im laning twards a Blaze 3m though. Any thoughts?

WELDNGOD - 4-6-2008 at 07:50 PM

welcome snow! do ya have any kite spots in va beach to share with your fellow kiters?

snowdreams1080 - 5-6-2008 at 09:14 AM

I have seen a lot of guys from a distance at the beach and seems to be a good bit of people go to mount trashmore. So far I have mostly gone to the higher numbered streets at the ocean front in hopes of not being seen while I figure things out.

snowdreams1080 - 5-6-2008 at 09:16 AM

where does everybody usually go??
