Pine Point is a popular spot for those on the water but I know a rider named Tom used to at least ride buggys there in the past.
You may want to go to www.powerlinesports.com and post the question there as that site is heavy with MA / NH riders and they will be familiar with the spots in ME.
Ogunquit Beach is an option at low tide too but only outside of the protected / lifeguarded section.

Thanks B-Roc. I use to live on Pine Point, but that was a few years ago and before I was into kiting. That is in fact where I'm headed this w/end.
I've tried to get on powerline's forum but their "closed" to new members. I've sent emails etc but to no avail.
So I guess I'll bring my little 3.6m and watch for "Tom". Thanks,
