Do you guys have any waivers of liability that are taylored for kite flying on private property?
I think it would be easier to get permission to fly in some near by fields if I had something to release the owners of all liability.

I've thought the same thing. I haven't approached any land owners yet, I mainly fly in public parks, but when I went to Tugg Hill in NY, we flew on
farmers land, and were never asked to sign anything, though the organizers might have signed that for the whole lot of us.

I'm going to work on one. I'll try and post it next week if it turns out ok.
I did write a flying field for RC planes. The membership is a fifty dollar initiation fee and five dollars a month for the rest of the year. After
that it's sixty dollars a year. But they told me it's a fly what you bring club. Guess I need to get on the field and see how the winds are.
At five bucks a month, an being close to home I might save a good bit on gas.
Anybody flying at one of these places?
