first full on night run with the V16. smooth no glitches
put the lights inside the fill zips on the adjuster
14 hrs on the water 133JL in 15-25MPH
very tight launch/land(MAYBE 20FEET WIDTH OF BEACH) only one twisted flub but rushing was the issue.
6hrs. ATB 10-15MPH( MAYBE MORE )
still haven't pumped a kite since i 've gotten this kite.
range is unmatched. (still running 32M in 25mph)
stability unmatched.
turning speed (for it size/lines no complaints) unhooked i think its fast AND VERY powerful.
lift and float...:o THE compelling reason for a helmet & on the water true holy SH)T factor has arrived.
solid simple effective.

Thats awesome, sounds like you had a blast. I do have a question or two about the PL kites. What size PL kite would be equal to a 17m Flysurfer (or
10m Flysurfer), and what size PL would be equivalent to an 8 or 9m fixed bridle? Seems like you can get some great deals on these kites, was just
wondering what size would fit me best. I do a lot of inland flying, too.

Hey G,
Man, you seem like you're having a sh$t load of fun with that V16. Nice to hear another person soo stoked with their PL.
Seems like you're kitesurfing everyday...seems like the winds are soo constant even at night...gotta move there me thinks.
Gotta ask, how do you manage to ride for soo long,,,big spaghetti dinner the night before....maybe I'm just getting old or Taco Bell not cutting the
mustard, but what's your secret!
Keep sharing the stoke...like reading your posts!
Hey Dylan,
Don't quote me on this but I read somewhere that the Pulse 2 12m has about the same power as a PL Venom 2 19m...this is coming from a guy that's flown
both. I don't really know the equivalent of a fixed bridle but I can tell you this....I had my PL V2 19m up in 21-22mph and felt comfortable (maybe a
little overpowered for my liking, but not scary)...but I would not even consider putting up my PL Reactor 8.3 in that wind. I think I had it up in
12-13mph and that was enough for me.
HTH a little.

DYLAN423 HARD TO SAY FS SEEMS LIKE A TIGHT RIG, <190LBS. 15M seems like it would provide alot of range. fixed might double the size. 8m fixed
may be around 16M PL, the PL can really soak up the gust. it has this "pseudo underpowered feel" but is very deceiving. the apparent wind power is
its real backbone.
lunchbox has got crossover feel with FS/PL go with his suggestions
Lunchbox last sat i launched my v16 @5pm and did not put it down until 9pm. the wind was onshore and 8-15mph. it was longest session logged.
