I placed an order with MTBZ.com last monday,a pair of hillbilly gloves, recieved a confirmation the payment cleared my account. That's where things
stopped. i tried both numbers on their site both are out of service ( 1-866-881-4280, 775-833-2216) the second number seems to be a home number for
Ivan Korolevich and Sarah Korolevich. 967 cinnabar ct., Incline Village NV. i also sent two emails to their contact email info@mtbz.com one last wed
and one today. i requested a tracking number. i have not recieved a reaponse to either dispite their claim of 3 hr response. can anyone help with
info? are they bad news? i as a last ditch effort put a call into Aloha spa that has an add on their site. the number works and is listed to a
business suite in the same town. all i got was an answering machine.....

I ordered a kite from MTBZ maybe 4 years ago and had no problems. Hopefully someone else can help you get in contact and get things straightened
out... Also, I thought that they had a live chat on their site, but I might be thinking about something else.
Anyway GOOD LUCK!

I double checked and all i saw was an add for live help at the same disconnected 866 number. i did manage to get ahold of a gal at the aloha spa who
said she doesn't know their number but her cousin does and she would call and have him leave a message... i'm disliking this more and more.

word of future advice ... contact the e-tailor before placing orders. if you cant talk to someone or they dont contact you back. Do Not Buy.
also its a good idea to contact the BBB, they normally know if a company has issues or has gone out of business.
my wooden nickel thought.

Ripsessionkites,
yep you're absolutely right. typically I do. In this case I just checked the ssl certificates to make sure they were still active.
To think i was going to order them from MBS, but for whatever now forgotten reason didn't.
live learn... and track down the punks to get my money back. I admit it's not a huge loss 35 bucks but it's the principle.
