The answer to that question is a Bow hands down
I bought a 06 turbo diesel for $250 complete
I paid 375 for my 11m Ozone Instinct

self launching was a snap. There was plenty of wind for pre inflation (beach winds ENE @17 kts). Downwind lines placed in the launch assist tabs. A
couple tugs on the downwind lines and a few steps back and up she went. Not all that different from self launching my Bularoo with a tip sanded down.
