I have 4 panshes 2 legends 2 Aces . Just looking for some suggestions on bridal set ups. If anyone has done any mods to increase/decrease angle of
attack for high wind/low wind conditions.furbowski - 4-9-2008 at 03:45 PM
google "pansh mod", you'll find plenty there...
I've played with the AoA on my 5m, but I've since restored it to stock except for slightly depowered and extended wingtips, which helps the turning
speed.
the aces and the blazes get modded the most, the legends not so much.
there's a range of mods, some easy some harder, take your time if you do a mod and make sure you take plenty of photos if you have a digicam, makes it
easier to fix mistakes and the like. The first mod is always the hardest, after that it gets a lot easier!
these days i tend to move up and down through my quiver for different winds rather than adjust a kite for the different winds.
A slightly depowered ace will fly in very little wind!

You'll find lots of work on the aces out there... DAAA, CEPAT ... EPAT .... search for Pansh and any of these, and you'll see its been tweaked
right round the world :¬)furbowski - 4-9-2008 at 04:29 PM
andya is one of the original pansh mod gods... the searches he suggests will get you as much as you want to know!deezPANSHES - 4-9-2008 at 04:33 PM

Sorry mate ... we're not allowed to link from this forum to other forums ... and I'm not going to copy months of work across into this forum. Life's
too short (sorry).
There is one thread of mine that covers EPAT and CEPAT and all the measurements for all sizes of Ace. Than another from Godtoh, that shows the mini
AAA (DAAA) very well..
Hellfire, there is so much stuff an index page is called for .... I'll get on it ...
EDIT - index created ... revpaul - 12-9-2008 at 10:08 PM

Hi Andya,
what does EPAT and CEPAT mean?
Got the Sprint today. any pics/vidoes(you-tube) etc. on how to adjust AoA?
I am not going to adjust, I just want to know how:saint:Bladerunner - 12-9-2008 at 10:15 PM
Does anyone know why Pansh don't include a manual ? Does it have to do with the way they ship ?
Even Chinglish and stick man pictures would be something ?
I kind of see Pansh as the new HQ. Bottom of the heap and trying to improve while keeping prices down. HQ got smart and made a complete package. Not
to mention better and better kites.
If they want to follow the leader they have a lot of work to do on HQ's heals NPWfever - 12-9-2008 at 11:37 PM
I tried to trade a manual for a few kites, but they said they didn't want to, but hinted at a manual being part of their plan. So fingers crossed!
I actually modded my 8m Ace for depower, the basic idea is on...uhm......moc.murofhsnap.www
(nobody saw that) and I can help you the rest of the way if you would like.USA_Eli_A - 13-9-2008 at 09:17 AM

2M legend,4.5M legend ,6M ace,8M ace. All have lines and handles... All flew perfect right out the bag... Cost was 500 bucks having fun in most
wind conditions with buggy board and static flying. Could have bought one good quality kite for 500 to 600 bucks but then limited in wind conditions.
so the panshes have there place in the kite world for guys on a budget like me . My bro has all the high quailty kites and we have just as much fun.USA_Eli_A - 13-9-2008 at 03:31 PM
ok, you'll see in time...I fully believe you could buy used kites that are better, and Jellis is selling some of the best kites in the world for 50%
off...
I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes. But I hate the disgusted looks on flyers faces when there kites is trashed on the repairs cost more than the
kite is worth....
If I were you, I'd sell them, and call Jellis and score the Vampir...as many as you can afford!!!
POWER KITING IS NOT A BUDGET SPORT...WORK HARD AND MAKE YOUR OWN, OR BUY GOOD ONES!
its about quality not quantitydeezPANSHES - 13-9-2008 at 03:50 PM
I understand what ur saying USA_Eli_A, I am going to get better quailty kites. But in meantime and well I wait for the good deals on used kites new
ones come up... I'm out there getting better using the panshes.
"POWER KITING IS NOT A BUDGET SPORT...WORK HARD AND MAKE YOUR OWN, OR BUY GOOD ONES!"
Not sure what ur sayin here but I don't think I should sell my kites stop flying and what till I can affords better kites before I go bugging.f0rgiv3n - 13-9-2008 at 03:51 PM
*insulted* :P We've got a good few fans of pansh kites here . Hopefully you didn't
let the cat out of the bag again :PUSA_Eli_A - 13-9-2008 at 04:48 PM
nah, kitty is in beavertown where she sleeps....
not trying to say stop flying. I'm trying to say there are better kites, and for the same price...
please please please check out jellis's posting and look at that list of Libre kites.
You will be surprized, there is a differance...I've seen pansh stop flying correctly after about an hour or just a little longer...
anyways, I just sold an 11m ozone Razon for $300.00...and threw in a $200 line set...
Look hard and the deals are everywhere....
6.5m Jojo with lines for $400.00
2.8m libre bora for $125.00, adjustable and fun on a buggy
not jacking your thread, but this is what I do...if you need help finding something badddd ace and for the right price. I'd rather you call than buy
a pansh...
Please....
and deeezpanshes
CALL ME ELI....
and understand I'm bias to quality as I only fly Ozone....If i'm steppin on your toes realize we walk on the bottom of our feet...and I'm trying to
help...
good luck with your kites and HAPPY FLYING!!!deezPANSHES - 13-9-2008 at 04:58 PM
no worries ,my toes didnt get hurt. only been bugging for 4 months I will get into some better kites and I know I'll get the help in need to do that
here.
does that 2.8 libre bora come with lines?kiteon - 14-9-2008 at 09:17 AM
no, 2.8 doesn't come with lines but it does come with handles.. but any equalized quads will do
sweet you're buggying...wish all the buggiers could meet up for one week of buggy socializing...
