Here's a video demonstrating why quick releases don't really work. The guy has no strop and is only holding the handles. Luckily he didn't get hurt.
Things happen to quickly and your instinct is to hold on tight. No helmet, knee pads etc.

Yep, agree 100%.
Just the other day, I had the Butane 6.4 out. Felt a little overpowered and probably could have continued and had a good session, but in the back of
my mind, I knew that if something happened it would happen so quick that I probably couldn't react in time...decided to put up the 4.9. Had a great
session.
Better safe than sorry...
