Nick, I think its an Ozone Little Devil on the dog attached to Paraglider Control gear, I think. Yes? No? Maybe so....

Yeah, its not an actual paraglider but its set up in that manner, a doggie sized paraglider. I just meant its not being flown off a bar or handles,
like a kite, for all intensive purposes, its a paraglider. That would be awesome if the dog actually knew how to fly it, via weightshift or something.
I know there was someone that hooked up a small wing to his dog, and he flew it from the hill under remote control. He taught his dog to run to
launch, and run on the landing flare, he actually flies him in the air.
