XXL-Surfer 7.09m (72 sq ft) - List $1200 / Sale $995 (Red or Gold)
got very lucky but no need to rent.....give me a few sessions on this one and Ill send your way for a demo.....................about the only negative
thing I can say at this point is deflating (just have to be patient/take your time on packout) but I may send it off to Powerzone for a zipper and
intake mod...................PHREERIDER - 21-10-2008 at 08:11 AM
COOL RIGHT ON
PATIENCE I GOT.
FLY SWAP WITH THE V13. MAY BE IN CHAS. ABOUT TWO WEEKS
I WILL POST/U2U FOR DETAILS
THANKS CHADspeleopower - 21-10-2008 at 05:05 PM
Sweet 7M I really liked the yellow ones. I only had the red ones. Yeah, deflating was a #@%$#! but they float forever! A zipper mod would be good.
However, becareful adding any weight near the wing tips. On occasion the wingtip will curl in if you let tension off the lines quickly. You found
out it will flip onto it's back if you let tension off to quickly.
Here's me with one of my 7m. I had 2 of them over the years.

just did a 2 hr run with the 13V/133
23mph with 32 mph gust.
very rough conditions, a few decent jumps, the huge swells would make 8-10ft jump instantly 20 ft . thought i would break the board, not as much
float as the v16 so the landings tend to be faster and harder.
tirdude this kite is you, more tomorrowtridude - 23-10-2008 at 06:37 PM
yep big swells today.........could have used a 13m Venom. I did get out for an hour on my 9'1 South Point Bonga Perkins. Almost made a few tubes, got
tubed, great fun. Watch the current over the weekend. Im done on the water till next Tuesday (work).PHREERIDER - 24-10-2008 at 01:41 PM
day 2 on this front....
turned dead onshore, V16/ light wind board on a rising tide.
tidal slicks filled in, nice and flat played underneath about 2hrs., 15-20mph
raining the whole time , beach was empty so i could use the beach as flyover in close
very mello, very peaceful.
first full rain session..... kite was wet at launch, seemed sluggish for about one minutes but flew fine after that ...never know it. thankfully
the wind was solid .
i have lost count on the hours on the kite... no drops.. even under spinning slams
