The Libre Vampir is aimed at the intermediate buggyier. First impressions are good. Well made, comes complete with lines and handles (U.K only).
The 3m was orange with Black bracing on the inner vents. This gives the kite a coss design when flying. Ver nice.
Took the kite out in 15 mph winds to set up and try out. Wow! This kite is quick. It really likes to attack the edge of the window. Reminds me of the
Raptor by AiRea. In the buggy and off. Slow progress due to being so under powered but still achievuing a small power slide on the turn. Libre seem to
have studied the stability of the Yoz kites and learnt a bit. The leading egde vents have a V shape. This does seem to help in gusts. Overall this is
a great kite, especially aimed at the novice buggy racer. The prices these are at also make them a very attracytive option. Once established i think
the price will rise.
Check out www.powerkitesales.co.uk as they have a festive Halloween offer on the Vampir range.
