Anyone Have any experience personally with the 11m. I'm looking into her to add to my quiver. Stability? and how she does in gusts and low end. I weigh 145lbs . the only experience i have with power kites is open cell foils. Do i need help launching and landing? i am alone 99% of the time kiting. Any info greatly appreciated:wee: does it have blow out valves in case of a crash?

Just got thru with flying the 11m neo today. The stablity is great and it does handle the gust well. Self launch and landing no problem. No blow out valves that i've noticed but might be something there. I weight 200lbs so our range would be completely different. I had it in the buggy, water and kitecat this week. Looking at using it tommarrow in 15-25 winds.....................aj

M so Jealous :megan: hehe. Thanks AJ. my days are extremly limited with my 7m Montana. I only go out in winds 12mph-18mph .....talk about limited. I know she can handle more than 18mph. but I just don't feel safe since i don't feel the depower isn't great on a Montana 2....or maybe cause i am a light weight? any ways thanks for info on NEo. anyone else have any more info, or 2 cents lemme know.

I have the 11m. Looks great in the camo colors. Stable and easy as aj said. Launch and land like any other open cell depower foil. Just keep it flying fast on launch in order to inflate the kite- that is the only difference. In lighter winds, inflation is aided by pumping the center lines. I'm 200+ lbs and can buggy in 6 mph winds.

Pack up is real easy too. Open zipper, fold kite tip-to-tip with bridles inside, and roll up the kite around the control bar from tips to middle as air rushes out. Then fold the log of ripstop once or twice to fit in bag.
