Flysurfer Trim Strap

Hey!

I was flying my Pulse 2 yesterday and when I went to launch I pulled the trim strap about 1/2 way in. When the kite shot up to Zenith I noticed the trim strap had released and the kite was fully powered. Just to test it out I trimmed it again and it wouldn't hold. Am I doing something wrong? Is there some trick I don't know about? Does the Infinity Bar come with a different trim strap and chicken loop? Thanks in advance for any info.

Never happened to me before. When you pulled the strap to depower it, which one did you pull, top (close to kite) or bottom (close to you) one? Bottom one is the correct one.

Infinity bar system has the same depower strap you have in your Pulse2 but with a different chicken loop.

pull the Yellow strap to trim in the kite... pull the blue one to release the trimmer

i did the same thing one day. Pulse2 12m. man was i p'od  i hadn't flown the kite much and it had been a while. i had the idea backwards. i still fumble to see which is more/less power at the start of the day.
however, i just flew it and i thought blue was more power/trim and yellow(caution) was less power.

I thought I had it right but now that it's back in the bag, who knows. Wouldn't be the first time I got something bassackwards.
