the only difference in the SA2.5 versus the SA2 is the new skytex which is more resistant and will last longer.

I have not seen the new one, but my SA version2 is like toilet paper, very delicate but flies into nothing.

I read that having the SA2.5 skytex does not change the low end.

All new flysurfers skytex have been made with the new material for months now.

Not sure if powerzone has a 2.5 SA. His own personal 15m is the v2 for sure. Brian might have one with the new skytex

yes, Denis has it right.

I believe it goes like this: SA1 and SA2 cloth is skytex 27 and Sa2.5 cloth is skytex 29 . they made the SA1 and SA2 canopy with the skytex and the ribbs out of normal rib nylon material. the SA2.5 is made entirely out of skytex, even the ribbs. the 2.5 is a smidge heavier overall (still way lighter than ripstop). low end is maybe 0.5-1 kn less with the 2.5, but its negligible.

the SA2.5 is under Full Warranty from FS. the SA1 and SA2 cloth is Not.

neither skytex should be treated "normally" these kites are specialty and need to be handled accordingly.

I've tried SA 2.5 and its fabric is super tight! Completely Worth it! It is still light, but not as light as 2.0!
Anyways, 2.5 is the way to go!
I wouch for it!
