I have dealt with them. I bought my First Crossfire 2.4 from them. I think they based out of Florida. I didn't have any issues at all, and when my
KS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-s Snapped a week later. I called them and they got me in touch with HQ. New KS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-s within a week.
