The hangtime is very impressive - anyone out there with a flysurfer ever experience the same float?

That was pretty cool! Makes me want to go find a big dune!

Yeah that is really cool!!! ps... guess who's going to some big dunes this weekend!!! WOOO! :P It should be fun! I'm going to bruneau sand dunes....
Bringing the venom, we'll see what kinda jumps/boarding i can get in. NOTHING like that though! That was the big bird flysurfer speed!!!!

Let me know how that works out with your venom - I've got some pretty good hang time on flat land - but would love to know how it does off a dune.

The thing I liked most about the first one was a guy just doing a little pop in decent winds and then floating around some small dunes, not jumping
off a cliff - yes that second one is impressive, but the first one is something that a sane person could try.

I agree flexiblade ! The guy in the second video doesnt have all his fly lines straight! Both good videos though!

They are both essentially ridge soaring. The first guy is having some fun on soft and modest dunes, but the second guy is in line for a Darwin award.
there is a reason that they make paragliders and hang gliders and a reason they are different form kites.
