I have a safety question about the front wheel when your buggy is at speeds above 10mph can you take your feet off the pegs without the wheel turning
to the side? I know when I just push the buggy at low speed it wants to turn all the time, If i give it a good shove sometimes it will roll straight.
I am asking this because if you have to do an emergency stop can I just dig my heals in to the ground to stop or will the buggy possibly flip?

if you have toe straps or heel straps on the pegs, you can keep one foot steering and put your other foot HEEL down to help you slow down when coming
back into basecamp.
if you dont have straps, id apply 50% of the pressure to the footpeg to help steer.
make you steal Jim's buggy for a ride. once you go race buggy youll never go back. hehehe
see you on the playa with your new Reactor ... perfect playa kite.

Watch placing foot on ground when moving as your foot could get ripped back under the buggy causing nasty injuries. your feet o the pegs wswhould keep
it straight. When stopping plan ahead and you should be ok.

I read somewhere that if things are going bad in the buggy, things will be much worse if you put your feet (or foot) on the ground. I don't put mine
down till I'm slow enough that the buggy turning doesn't matter.
