this was the year for speed at NABX. first day I was there I broke my previous record of 51.4mph and hit 57.7mph with a 3m jojo rm + in 20-30mph
winds. the second day I hit 58.1mph with my 2m samurai. I was in the libre hardcore with smooth tires and no extra weight.
I wanted to break 60mph but I didnt ride on friday, that will have to wait for next year.Dagon - 6-4-2009 at 11:19 AM

acording to popeye's site I am the second fastest buggy pilot in the USA. but I know that is not true, AJ was doing 67mph and Jon ellis has done like
65mph before. we need to get more people posting their personal best.sunset-Jim - 6-4-2009 at 01:00 PM

I would post mine, but if I recall correctly from reading Popeye's site in the past, I don't have the criteria required. Only my gps and my word...
which is understandable not to accept that without more to back it up. Although I do have more witnesses for the 58.4 from thursday night as a result
of being convinced that the evening wind was uhhh "calming down"...lol
But my pb isn't far from that anyway (61.8) Both with the 4m RM+ and libre buggy.
Wht a great time though huh...:wee:Dagon - 6-4-2009 at 01:54 PM
all I gave popeye was a gps reading and my word. you better post your speeds or you will have me walking around telling everyone I am faster than
you.
