I owe the wife BIG time.

clintopher - 10-4-2009 at 05:47 AM

I'm not sure how I managed, but I was half joking half serious with the wife about getting a SA 19m and she said go ahead. Now I've actually got to dig deep enough to fund this thing but if this summer turns out to be anything like last summer I'm gonna almost double my kiteable days.

So now my quiver will be as follows:

Pulse 2 in 8 and 12.
Speed 2 in 15 and 19 SA.

I'm not sure what to do with the middle of my quiver if anything at all. The 15 and the 12 are perfect stepping stones with each other. I don't know if the 19 will play with the 12 so well. I'll just have to wait and see how much wind I can down with the 19. I may end up dumping the 12 and the 15 to fund something to go between the 8 and the 19 OR, I may just have a 4 kite quiver. Any recommendations there?

It's funny how the tides turn. A few months ago I was thinking of downsizing my quiver to make a little extra cash. The wife was selling (trying to sell) real estate for the last couple years and hadn't sold anything since last April. Finally, she said enough, got another job, and a couple months later I'm getting a new kite. SWEET!!!!

You REALLY need to figure out what she wants. You could be taking the bait. But I'm sure its worth it.

Hey Clint.

I think you have a great quiver and should keep what you already have and add SA2 19M.

My main quiver is P4 12M and P3 8M. I also have SA2 15M for light wind. And I have SA2 19M for no wind :spin:

It took me a long time to get here and I am very happy with what I have.

Yeah, I thought of that. I'm sure she's got some diamonds or some other thing in mind. LOL.

I think you might be right. I don't plan on changing anything anytime soon. If I did at all it'd be after the summer so I could get a good evaluation of the whole quiver.
