I took my 19 SA out for the first time today along with the Door 159 in 10-12. I was going upwind for the first time and it was effortless. I wasn't
holding ground, I was making way upwind and kind of quick too. I actually had to make a conscious effort to go down wind or just work back and forth
in the same spot.
The kite preformed flawlessly although I didn't. A couple of times I blew transitions and ended up with slack in the lines. Anyone who's flown a
Speed knows they don't like that too much. Well the SA kite just kind of hung in the air instead of sinking, twisting, or doing anything else that
makes you think, "$h!t." To say I was stoked is an understatement.
This kite just climbed to the top of my favorite list. The S2 15 is still a sweat kite but the SA fabric just really seemed more forgiving of my
mistakes. I can't wait to fly it again.
