I really hope the wife doesn't find out anytime soon.
Thanks Rip in advance for any grief this brings me :tumble:
Can't wait for the ribs to heal up, and get my 13m Scorpion, and for that matter my still untested, unflown 11m NEO.
Really want to do a side by side of the two kites.
More to come, but have to wait till June for first flights. :sniff:ripsessionkites - 6-5-2009 at 12:23 AM
we got around your wife not knowing just yet. you can always say it was a demo from RSKB. ill lie for anyone of you.
i think you're super excitied to the point you forgot what kite you bought. your
ribs might not like you at all when your 16 metres of sail arrives.csa_deadon - 6-5-2009 at 12:42 AM
Hey what can I say, percocet is a great thing for not only the body, but also the mind! (it clouds it :lol
I say bring it rip! Ribs heal. The excitement of a 16m sail outweighs the brief OH S**t!
Granted the biggest sail I've flown was Catch the Winds 330 sq ft stunt chute. All you could do was a tuuuuuurrrrrnnnnn
to the left and a tuuuuuurrrrnnnnn to the right. Took the entire window to complete one revolution. Pulled like a freight train, and we only took it
out when winds were 1-4mph. Truely a crazy kite.acampbell - 6-5-2009 at 04:31 AM
You'll never look at a zipper the same way again. Never fly with it down!Taper123 - 6-5-2009 at 06:06 AM
... and the more you have, the harder it is for the wife to notice a new one :bouncing:mgatc - 6-5-2009 at 06:41 AM

Kites are like kids. You love them all for different reasons. And, the wife always notices a new kite and a new kid!:singing:adam48 - 6-5-2009 at 08:29 AM

Arc's are so cool... Buggy, Water, Atb... then just tie 'em to a truck, tree limb on the ground, etc... and let them auto zenith while relaxing.
