This will be my first organized event, so forgive my ignorance.... Is it necessary to be a member of the AKA to participate int his event? I won't
be racing or anything, just buggying around.....

No, it is not necessary to be an AKA member to participate at NABX, however, the AKA is awesome and we recommend that you join! Check out www.aka.kite.org for all the benifits that the AKA has to offer.

Yeah, AKA does rock, and they are working on some serious solutions for us traction folks. Insurance i mean, working insurance! Plus sanctioning,
yeah, i know things have been a little spotty, but they seriously are working on it and our Traction Kite ChairPerson Jon Ellis is working hard for
us, and is a real buggier as well!
Plus we have awsome conventions! and in 2006 we will go back to having races at the convention! Yea!
