I have moved all the speed data onto a proper web site now, so no more pop ups for you guys.

Very nice Carl, I like how it breaks down into individual categories.

Excellent site Carl & would say it must must be the accepted table for global buggy speeds& other related records.
I note that you have put all sorts of buggying records there.
The only criticism is on the photo gallery where I struggle to read the GPS numbers.
I like the idea that you have put in a section for the longest distance in one session.
I need to get into that because I did 172 kms on 1 Feb 2008
in a single session. My actual rolling time in the buggy was 6hr 6mins 11 secs. My actual stop time during that day was 37 mins 34 secs.
My max. speed that day was exactly 60 kph with an average time of 28.2 kph and I was flying a 3.0m Blade III. The wind was north westerly and was a
one way trip through the desert heading south of Dubai in the UAE. I will have to check if a photo of the GPS was made that day but not hopeful as it
was well over a year ago now.
As soon as I get a guaranteed good wind all day, I will attempt to improve on that PB. I'll probaly have to wait until next year now as the 6 plus
hours in our summer heat is something I might not be able to handle if the cramps kick in.
My longset distance this year is only 102 kms that I did on 1 May in 4hrs 26mins 14 secs. I could have done more but was tied up for over 2 hours with
a girl that had a serious accident when she ripped open her leg.
