"Top Hat" safety assembly

I'm wondering where I could get any make of plastic Top Hat and related pin to try some experimental retro-fitting?

Peter Lynn sells the whole assembly of chicken loop, top-hat and pin, and center powerline for US $42

I just had a Peter Lynn shipment leave Holland but I can still get you one if you want. Maybe check to see if Kent at A Wind of Change or Dino at Dakitez already has one stateside.
