Happy 4th of July!

For the Americans amongst us, Happy Fourth of July. Anyone got fun kiting plans for the holiday? :tumble:

Might be the worst day of the year for kites. So many people out and about.

Heading up to the lake tho, have a few cold ones and watch the huge fireworks show tonight at The Reserve on Lake Keowee.

They got a nice field there but it is a gated development. Opra has a home there on the Jack Nicolas golf course, maybe she would let me in to fly. Ha, I would be locked up forever if I stepped foot on that land.

But the lake is for everybody, and man, what a fireworks show they put on. Right over the water where you can sit in your boat, if you don’t mind a little ash. The concussions from the shells rock everything.

Ahhh, I had to go have a look. I'm headed to the store for a lottery ticket!!!!!!

Happy 4th.

Yeah, given that it's the Fourth in the Capitol, there's no way I'm getting kiting in today . But, I certainly wish fair winds to everyone who can get some time in.
